Fear & Hunger is a wonderfully dark JRPG. Your characters needs to go to the dungeons of Fear & Hunger, either in search of a loved one, knowledge, or looking for revenge, but they won't expect the maddening dangers that the darkness hides. While this may look like a regular RPG at first, it has a really unique atmosphere and lore, not to mention its artstyle. Also, the game is terribly hard. The main idea is about a normal human facing supernatural dangers, so prepare to die a lot. Even so, the game is really worth it, but I warn you, it has nudity, gore, and a bunch of other awful topics, though all of them are well justified for the setting and aren't just edgy things for the sake of edge. So, if you like grimdark fantasy, and especially if you are a fan of Berserk or the Souls series, do try this game!
